W1R2-No one warned me about the chaffing!! 😳

Well on the plus side I am sure my cardio system felt a tad better already so going to focus on that rather than the more negative issues with my legs and oh the chaffing in my under carriage 😏. It is clear that this is going to be a battle in the early runs, I had one rest day since Mondays first run and in hindsight I should have given myself an extra bit of recovery time. Made it through run 2 though no stopping but at points I was sure I was walking faster than the running bits.

Ultimately I was in control of my mouth and what I put in it for the last 20 years so I guess this is the penalty.

Still feeling a bit positive now πŸ‘

Sorry to hear about the chaffing... I have no advice on that, but good to see you’re still feeling positive.

Look at Runderwear!

There are also various types of lotions and potions such as Body Glide, Udderly Smooth, Run Guard and some Below the Belt preparations that might help. Good luck!

And walking faster than running is a problem because...? It's keeping going that is the object of this exercise and you are doing that.

Definitely worth checking out some of the suggestions to help with the chafing though. Not good for the soul!

Bless you. I cant comment on the run creams but chamois cream for cycling is a godsend, does the same thing. πŸ‘πŸ˜Š
