So, I went out for my usual 30 minute run, and 10 minutes in realised my Fitbit was still at home. Oh no, I thought, no steps or distance will be counted 😢. Then when I got home I saw that the app on my phone had done it all by itself (except measure my heart rate). I know it’s daft, call it a senior moment, but I just thought it was amazing!! It was a lovely run too.
