Last run was last Monday then i lost a bit of skin off my foot and limped my way through a week of working every day

arrived home today after a 25 hour stint at work had a cup of tea and changed into shorts

We did a good run and although it seemed slower at the time we travelled the furthest in the half hour than ever before

I converted my fitbit miles and we covered 2.97 k woo hoo

Now to relax and eat.....i shoved a chicken in the oven before we left so it won’t be long

Congratulations on completing week 4 of C25K, 25 hours stint at work sounds nasty, you deserve a good rest, but you went out for a run, wow.

I didn’t want to let a whole week go by without a run

I did get 4 hours sleep but still a tough weekend

Thanks for your response

Thank you, and we did thanks with a huge pile of salad

I love getting home from work putting something in the oven and getting back from a run to find it well on its way to being cooked

I have to confess to roast potatoes and rhubarb crumble too, but my parents are visiting so I made a nice dinner

Not bad but i have one tie that’s swollen and blistered and have antibiotics for infection in it which is why we didn’t run earlier in the week been hobbling a bit

Running after 25h at work AND sleep deprivation AND injured toes! 😯 Seriously wow. Next time I get home from work tired before a run I'll think of you! 😀

Oh yes lol but seriously it totally energises me tonight after work I’ve mostly just sat with my feet up and said things like ooo my toe hurts 😀 yesterday evening i did laundry and had children visit with energetic dog who trod all over my feet and felt great

Only tomorrow at work and dinner at friends then I get a day off
