After a crabby return to consolidation with frequent stops the couch was becoming a viable option, but tonight i smashed it and did 5k easy. Human body... a funny thing. Still don't get the endorphins kicking in with a whoop and high five, by satisfaction i can still cut it.

Now to keep it up...

Good run... yep you got it, time to keep it up and consolidate what you got. After that variety in runs that almost any plan will give you keeps in interesting and builds any part of your running that is weaker.

Me too... but I’m gonna do some parkruns after this... maybe I’ll grow to love mornings?

i think i am way underqualified for a running club and certainly don't want to waste their time! nice idea though.
