Back in the saddle tomorrow !

Hi guys on week 2, but missed run 1 on Wednesday night due to an infected wisdom tooth. Usually do a Friday morning with a mate, but decided to be cautious. Gonna go in the morning on my own, now I’m feeling better.

Good luck!!! Wisdom Teeth are no fun! Had mine out a year and a half ago... definitely worth it!

I will be doing W2D3 tomorrow morning, so am pretty close to you in the C25K plan!

I felt so guilty not running with my mate on Wednesday night and this morning ! How have you found it so far? Tough going for me but I’ve done it and felt on top of the world after each session!

Yes, pretty much exactly as you have just said! I am running solo... I feel I would see it as a competition if I ran with someone because I have a super competitive nature!

I'm having to take it slowly, have actually been attempting to go through the plan for almost a month now, but kept having to repeat due to extenuating circumstances (death in family, travel, weather, etc..)

W2D1 was by far the hardest for me as of yet... and I may end up repeating the 2nd week depending on how my run goes tomorrow.

Bu I DEFINITELY love the feeling after completing the sessions!! It's like a running high!!! It's awesome!

Well done... take it slow and steady and enjoy!

Good luck for tomorrow's run, you know sometimes it's nicer alone, not saying you should ditch the running mate, but you may find it to be fine.
