Some runs look intimidating, but to get to them you’ve done the hard work. Trust the plan, believe in yourself and go nice and slow. If you ever don’t complete a run there’s nothing lost, and a lot gained as you had another run, so don’t worry yourself going in to any run. You can do week 4, you will be able to do all of the weeks.
That's interesting. I have felt exactly the same prior to an increase in minutes. The mind plays tricks with you, making it an impossible task, when actually it isn't impossible, it's just another challenge to face. I'm doing W5R3 tonight. Slightly apprehensive but I plan on smashing it! Don't pay any attention to the voice in your head
I was apprehensive - posted something similar last week when I was starting week 4, but actually enjoyed running for a bit longer - felt I got into a better rhythm. Enjoy 😊
I’ve been jittery at every week change but believe in the programme. It’s designed to step up but W3 will have prepared your body for W4. Good luck! 🤞🏼
I did W4R1 yesterday. It have challenging but achievable and felt so good afterwards. In some ways getting on to more of a rhythm was good. Hope it goes well... believe in yourself! 💪😊
