Well done doesn’t it feel great though 🎉

Great job... rest those legs... they’re getting ready for the next one.

I do nothing on rest days apart from a long walk with my dog. The legs get better honestly x

I remember that feeling. I used to get in from the c25k runs, sit down in a heap and could hardly stand up again. That was only 10 month ago and now I can run 10k in under 50 mins. Keep it up, you will be amazed how quickly your fitness improves.

Early days but I've got davidsmithrunner for inspiration( instagram). Went to school with this guy who ran from Bournemouth to Glasgow in 3 weeks averaging 30 miles a day He was not fit when he started. Distance not speed. And he's a year older than me !

Well done.
Could be poor hydration.
You need to drink an absolute minimum of two litres each and every day, with three litres being much nearer the mark when exercising.
