Milestone day today - completed week 3 and this morning when I got on the scales I found out I lost 3kg since I started! Cannot believe I'm one third of the way through the C25K programme! Onwards and upwards!!!!! xxxxx

That is awesome, well done, lots of people say they do not lose weight when running.
You obviously have hit on a good balance of exercise and healthy diet 👍
How are you losing so much weight
I weigh myself every Monday and no significant change - on W6R3 tomo and have been eating less
Why doesn't the weight shift 😰?

I have just completed c25k and in that time I lost over a stone, this program does work and when you see the pounds dropping off thats a good incentive too

Go you! I seem to have gained weight throughout the program! Not going to complain though as I'm a lot less wobbly and much much fitter.
That's amazing losing all that in first few weeks. Well done. Soup may be the key. I have only lost a couple of pounds and am on Week 6 but I am eating much as I did when I started. Feel much fitter though could do with feeling lighter.
