Well just done my last run of week 3 and I found it surprisingly easier than Wednesday evening 😃😃😃 after the last 3 min run, I could have carried on

Great job Monica... fitness is rising nicely... well done sticking to the plan, you can use that extra on the next run!
I seriously cannot believe I’m doing this, W1R1 I was on my knees. I’ve never been a runner or even liked it, I’m now looking forward to that 30 mins headspace, it truly takes you to another place
