Yes! Just completed it wk 5 run 3 I can’t believe it I couldn’t run 30 secs before I started! I read a number of posts last night to prepare and it really helped, especially where people highlighted the psychological bit of getting through it so thanks all.

I am repeating week 3 this morning as part as my retake runs as I was off running for about 6 weeks due to a sore hip, thankfully no longer sore. I Just looked at what is involved, quite complicated with all those different walking and running intervals. This second time I will have Laura with me as I bought a new Smartphone 16 days ago, the first time I did week 3 I had to memorise all the runs as my old phone had not got enough memory on it to download the C25K app.
