Week 2
Go nice and slow. You can do this. They may be longer runs, but there’s less of them, it seemed to pass a lot faster to me.
Take your time, slow and steady, don’t try to break any records just keep a nice slow steady pace!

First tip is don't dread any run.............you need a positive attitude to this otherwise you will be overwhelmed by fear.

I've mentioned this before but, if you're using the app, the coach voice of Laura is excellent. She's not long achieved all this herself so she's well placed to talk you through it. I avoided the famous names as I felt no connection with them.
Very important to treat this as a good thing you're doing for yourself. Not something to dread but a moment in your life where you take control of something for yourself.
Try to look forward to the feeling of achievement you get at the end of each successfully completed session.

You’ll get sick of these words “just stay slow and steady”, but they’re oh so useful!
W2 and beyond will be yours for the taking if you think of snails and watch them whizz past you. 🐌🐌 No need for speed in this programme. 👍
