Week 2 πββοΈ

Well done, week two seems a long time ago now as I make a start on week seven, but I do remember that exhausted feeling all too well. The good news is that your body does adapt quickly and before you know it, you'll be running for 20 minutes non stop in week five - That is a wonderful feeling and well worth all the effort getting there!
Keep it up, you know you can do it π.
Thank you!! ππ₯³

Well done.
It is not unusual to ache but follow the advice in the guide to the plan on minimising impact, stretching after every run and hydration to keep it under control.
I will! Thank you

As for the pain, I am no medical expert; I have had a few aches and pains post running now and again, but nothing too bad, I think that is pretty normal.
I think the best bet is to see how it goes, if you get a sharp pain or it gets worse and worse then stop and see a professional. I think you will probably know if something is really wrong.
Yeah I will! If it gets worse Iβll definitely postpone my next run but hopefully itβll be fine in a few hours ππ» Thank you!

Fantastic! Well done!
I also get niggles but find that a good pre run and post run stretch really helps x
Thank you!!

Dull aches are normal, itβs sharp shooting pains you need to be concerned about π
yeah thank you!
