just done w2r1 what a bloody killer.... you realise how bloody unfit you are...but still enjoying it on a postive note :-)

I wonder what that run is saying about you? It was a killer but you beat it! That’s the first step up done, great job. Slow down a touch more and it’ll be a lot easier.

Well done that’s great to hear. Week 1 very nearly killed us, week 2 was a relief that we could still run then 90 seconds seemed like absolutely forever, it starts to become habit though

Brilliant job on doing the run. As others have said, slow and steady is the way. I still look back on those early runs and think how I worked through them, telling myself I could do it. I still do today, I just tack a bit of extra running in front of it 😀
