I wonder what that run is saying about you? It was a killer but you beat it! That’s the first step up done, great job. Slow down a touch more and it’ll be a lot easier.
You still did it even though you found it tough. That feeling when you complete a run is amazing 😊

Well done that’s great to hear. Week 1 very nearly killed us, week 2 was a relief that we could still run then 90 seconds seemed like absolutely forever, it starts to become habit though
The body adapts and improves so quickly - just you wait and see! You’re doing fab!
Brilliant job on doing the run. As others have said, slow and steady is the way. I still look back on those early runs and think how I worked through them, telling myself I could do it. I still do today, I just tack a bit of extra running in front of it 😀
