hi Bookloverabc, you are doing great well done. keep it slow and steady, aswell as upping the drink ( 🀣 no I meant water not gin ), have you tried a few stretches both before your warm up walk and after your run is finished. As the duration of running increased I found a couple of stretches really helped regards minimising aches n pains πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘
