Done! Bad back and headache weren't going to stop me.

I went a bit too quick in the first 5 minutes. After that I slowed down and kept a very slow jog for the remaining 20 minutes. It wasn't easy, but I was pleasantly surprised when it said there were only 5 minutes left.

I was able to push myself and go faster for the last minute.

I am not sure I enjoy running, but I love completing each run and I do look forward to it. I suppose I do enjoy it if I look forward to it.

Still sweating an hour after the run and after a cool shower.

Bring on week 7!

Great run... rest that back well.

I’m with you, I look forward to a run, I love the feeling at the end. I’m stating to hate that bit in between a little less 😂

I did the same run yesterday. I was elated at the end especially when Laura said I was a runner!
