Hi, just joined this group as I’m hoping you guys will keep me motivated to get to week 9 and beyond. I’ve been using the app since Jan and get to week 6/7 then give up, or life gets in the way! So today got my trainers on and have just completed the first run of week 6 on my local cycle track in the sunshine. Managed it no probs so feeling good. Next one booked in for Weds. let’s do this!
