Back on Track...I hope!

After been cheered up & reassured by Hidden (thank you!) I thought I’d post about fridays and today’s runs. I never posted Fridays because it was just a total, embarrassing disaster. I’m trying to do my consolidation runs, 30 mins + but on Friday I could barely manage 3k and half of that was walked.

So I put my big girl pants on today and went for my next run. Half worried that fridays disaster would happen again. Well, I ran the furthest I have ever run, 4.3k in 36 mins! Not fast but I’m happy with that. So totally cheered up 😄👍

So for any of you who have the run from hell, dont worry about it, don’t let it get you down, we all have ‘those’ runs, chalk it down to experience and carry on with your next run 👍

Happy running 👍

So pleased it was a better run, well done on your distance and speed, nothing wrong with those! :)

Thank you. I made sure to take it very slow & steady just to give myself the best chance of doing a nonstop run x
