W3R3 - Solid finish

I really took your guys advice this time and took it slow. I didn't realise how important pacing myself was before; I was so focused on going as fast as I could but I'm not there yet. This time I kept it more casual and finished the run with no problems. On to week 4! See you next week!

Good luck for next week and well done for this week. I did exactly the same for my run tonight (also week 3, run 3)... Didn't believe my legs would carry me as they still felt tired from run 2 on Wednesday so I slowed it down a bit and managed to finish each run ... I think it's helped me realise that I don't need to speed through, which is invaluable as the longer runs are kicking in. Slow and steady wins the race, after all

Exactly! This is all about endurance so I need to remember that for next week :D

It's my new mantra... I have to tone down my competitive nature as I'm currently loving every second of this program and I don't want to lose that feeling... Especially if it's my own fault by expecting too much, too soon and not being able to meet those expectations!

Well done for getting through the first 1/3... Here's to the next.👏😂

Good job... you go off slow.., if you got it at the end, go for it, if not get through the run. Pace doesn’t matter at this stage.

Well done! You made friends with your inner snail and it works doesn’t it? 😀🐌 My snail is still with me. I like him, as he’s helped me on many occasions!

You’re doing brilliantly! 👏👏
