Hi everyone. Small question . Just completed my first 3 runs on week one. Via the app as the run weeks progress is there somewhere to time yourself / record your times or do you just set your own timers to follow your progress.

I have Strava recording on my phone as I run. It’s not hugely accurate but it gives you an idea of how far you are running and your pace

I use MapMyRun, which I find is fairly accurate where I live (not all GPS signals are good). 😀

You can use one of many apps... the only important statistic for this programme is minutes run.
