Tadaa. End of week 1 indeed. Lovely feeling but....... coming soon........ WEEK 2. 90 seconds running mmmmmm. I remain sceptical even after being able to run for 60 seconds but hey, lets give it a go as, after this week I’m feeling the change. Happy Friday everyone. 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♀️

I pushed and did it this afternoon about 4.30pm, it was hard I should have rested but I still ran all the intervals and felt great after, not running again until Monday, you'll have to let me know how you get on your first run of week two :) x

I’m at a hotel in Manchester on business this weekend but I’ve just spotted a gym here with running machines in there. Sunday is the first run of week 2. Just need to figure out how to use a running machine as I’ve never used one before. Cue the video for the fall. 🤣🆘

And yes it does feel great I’m walking with ease. Carried a load of stuff today too without the usual aches.
