Bridge to 10 k on here would probably be the place to start. There’s no app though, so you may prefer Strava/Nike/another plan.
The key is to extend distance covered slowly to keep the odds of injury very low.

I graduated couch to 5k in December with no interest in running any further..... I am in week 8 of 9 in a 5-10K program next run is my 60 minute run I’m hoping to get to 9k every run I have done on the program is the most I have ran . I won’t lie o battle not with the run itself it’s the mental battle thinking I can’t do it but so far I have and if someone would have said a year ago I would be running I would have laughed at them !
