What a chilly run this morning! Was alright once warmed up but brrrrrr! Time to get a longer top!

Only annoyance with today’s run was that my headphones and iPhone disconnected, so a frantic reset whilst pootling along.

But all sorted and recorded my best avg pace time. 😃
