There are other apps out there if you canβt cope with a written plan, of you need a friendly voice saying well done.
I thought about using the apps last run again but a mate suggested run keeper, you can set times to suit your progress. Good luck on Thursday.

Try the Bridge to 10k forum on Health Unlocked. Thereβs loads of useful info on there, as well as a plan to get up to 10k ( Ju-Juβs plan) . Iβm following it and itβs great so far
