Just come onto this forum, I am on week 7 and run 3 tomorrow. Really loving this C25K app, never thought of myself as being able to run before, but here I am at 56years old and 5 years post a liver transplant for an autoimmune disease “vaguely” enjoying running 🤣 Who knew it could be fun?
Enjoying reading everyone’s posts

I like what you say regarding the end of your runs UNM, but what do you think or feel about just BEFORE you run? 🏃 I hope you enjoy looking forward to the run as well. 😀
Yes I have seen that picture and read your report about R2W5, by the tone of that post you were very pleased with the run but a little apprehensive about your next 20 minute one of W5R3, I'll tell you you something, everyone is apprehensive about that run but once you and everyone else have ran it they are 'over the moon' 😀 so to speak, just go out and enjoy it, as they say "slow and steady" 🏃😊
I’ve been wanting that run since the start... yeah it’s tough, but it’s what we came here to do. Think my pace is good but for some reason was erratic in first interval today, second interval was smooth, could have gone on after battling the first one. They felt the same setting off.
Well done for reaching w7 - and wow: after a transplant too. W5 here, so you’re ahead of me. I’m starting to enjoy it - but I don’t find it easy! Keep going!
Welcome.. another inspirational runner... great to have you here.... relax into these lovely longer runs... perfect now for letting the legs find their own happy pace
