Thought I had better introduce myself as been an avid reader of the posts since I started C25K at end of January this year - just completed week 8 run 3 so barring any mishaps will graduate this week or early next week. Great little adventure this - when I started out the ninth week seemed ages away but it has crept up on me very quickly. From starting off with one minute runs before you know it off and away going for 30 minutes non-stop and hopefully even further very soon. Have picked up some great tips from the site and been motivated by just reading everyone’s experience’s. My pace definitely qualifies me as a fully fledged snail but it gets me through each run.
Happy running everyone - Dave

Hi Dave - don't worry there are plenty of snails here. I'm hoping I can work my way up to snail pace over the next couple of weeks. In week 3 (I think) I was running so slowly, I was overtaken by a walker
Hi Floss ! Yes I am loads better thank you ! I managed a 3k run yesterday. I went to the local Water park and had a slow gentle jog around the lake without parting company with my lungs ! Ha ha
All the catarrh I had in my head has cleared up now and my cough has gone so I am going to be back out there this week . Really looking forward to getting back into it !
How are you ? Did I read that youve hurt your knee ? xxx
Well I am so glad you are out there again..... selfishly, I really miss you being around Keeps me going
