So I have medium lung function caused by pulmonary sarcoid years ago and worried I won't pass the lung function test for liver transplant. Anyone squeeze by and get on the list with lung issues? TVM

[/i] For me, I am celebrating having had my liver transplant for 20 years on April 13th. I'm even having a 'birthday' party including those who have shared this long journey with me.

Having just been diagnosed with mild PBC and not being on any liver transplant list, I was astonished to discover that our annual worldwide travel policy has quadrupled in cost!! Is anyone able to recomment a travel insurance provider that is more reasonable?

Hello everyone I’ve recently been told that my son Jamie who is 15 years old will need a liver transplant due to portal hypertension and varices There was an official meeting the following week where it was decided he would be having one However fast forward 7 weeks and his liver Co-ordinator

Told no treatment, no Liver transplant, blocked bile ducts not resolved after two ERCPs. Left Right intrahepatic ducts. Left to palliative care, no surgery or bypass offered does this sound right to anyone ? Does anyone know of an ERCP specialist? Were South East England

My d-in-law has collapsed from v recent dengue infection. She is in icu in Brazil. Her INR is 4.1 her brain fog has been cleared through dialysis but liver deemed not to be functioning. My mother was put on the list for a liver transplant and everything was looking good until recently, she had developed pancreatitis which they say is fatal if she were to transplant her while she has pancreatitis.

My hubby has received an appt letter for his liver transplant inital assessment at Kings- London.
