This is a really stupid question but what do people run in when it's raining?

I've not run in rain yet, new to all this! Jacket with hood? Cap?

Please advise!

I tend to wear the same as usual and as little as possible... the rain cools you nicely. A cap is highly recommended by glasses wearers, I run in parks and take mine off so it’s no bother. At this time of year I prefer the rain.

Run 2 today... I’m just gagging for run 3 😂

Not gone out yet, I tend towards the evening runs apart from Sunday’s when I go before or after junior parkrun.
