We can do it! I’m at the same stage, running it tomorrow.

Good run today.

Best of luck to you for your W5R2 tomorrow, once that run is completed you can look forward to run 3 of week 5 which is 20 minutes non stop.

I struggled with W5R1 on Monday but had my best session ever on this programme today with W5R2... I seriously don’t know where my stamina came from but it did. I’ve read on here from so many others that each step of the programme prepares you for the next & after today, I would totally back that up. Go slow & steady and you’ll get through it. 🍀🤞🏼

Ahh, then instead you'll probably want to follow a widely-used, NHS-recommended, progressive and proven "introduction to running" program that will condition you for running, before attempting W5r2.

Oh, hang on... haven't you done 13 runs already? Come on, you can do this.

You’ll smash R2 and you’ll be over the moon! Each challenge appears horrific when you peek ahead, but when you’ve achieved it and look back on it the following week, you’ll wonder what all the fuss was about!

Go out and enjoy your run, and be proud! 👏👏

I really struggled with W5R1 and totally enjoyed W5R2. Look at it this way : today you ran for 15 minutes (3 times 5 minutes). W5R2 is 16 minutes (2 times 8 minutes) – just one more minute. The intervals are just a bit different ;) You've got this !
