I feel an improvement already. Different surface as now out in public rather than back garden. Also I have googled how to breathe!

Thank you for the belly breathing reminder. I’ve been here a while (6 years) and you’d think I’d know to do that by now.

When Im running I’m always checking how I’m going and as fast as I cure one bad habit I start another!😮 My training runs (for a marathon in October) had been getting harder as I was getting more breathless - and, for once, slowing down wasn’t the answer. It seems to have been due to getting less air in as today I went back to BBing and it was a lot better.

Wonder what I’ll start doing badly now 😀.
