Yes, the posterior tibialis is inflamed.

The cause is much further up in my calf and in my right buttock.

This morning I've had some massage, ultrasound and, as you can see, she's taped up the tendon.

I've got some strengthening exercises to do and the good news is that she says I can go for a short run on Saturday. Her advice is to do about 20 minutes and see if I get any reaction afterwards and, if it's okay, to do the same again on Monday and then see her on Wednesday.

So, I'm rewinding and going back to W5R3 on repeat until I (fingers crossed) get the green light to increase again.

Does anyone know if I can just go back on the app to W5R3 and play it again, or do I have to wipe my progress completely to do that?

Morning Boniobiscuits, sorry to read about your injury and wishing you a speedy recovery. I think if you go back to W5 you have option to do run again whereas you have to go into settings to wipe and start again. Please wait for further confirmation of this tho from someone who has done this. Hatter.

That’s pretty good news, at least you can maintain. The magic tape rocks apparently. You can just select the run again, or a tracking app would be able to tell you when time was up. Hopefully you’ll be back at 100% soon.

Speedy recovery bonibiscuits. Think all you need to do re app is go to the run you want & press repeat run. Loving the taping. Works really well 👍🏻

It's very bonny, isn't it?

Right now I'm paying for the massage and manipulation, it hurts like hell!!! She did say it might do to be fair. No pain, no gain huh??

Wait till they want to stick needles in and use electric shock treatment...hmm..maybe that wasn't a sports therapist I went to 🤔

Sounds like some kind of weird dungeon that I'm never paying to go to ;-)
