Hi All - haven’t posted in a while holidays and work took over and this morning after 10 days of no running I got out there at 5.45. Only did 3k due to time pressure but needed the boost to believe I can still run 🏃♀️!! I’m back and will work up to my 5k again over next 3-5 runs. Thanks all and keep running!!

A little break does no harm, and it's amazing how much we want to get back out there once our bodies have got used to it. A 5.45 start though, you were really determined, good work!
