Do each run until it’s complete, so yeah repeat. Are you hydrating fully? Are you going too fast? Can you go slower? If you can, do it. Posture helps the breathing and that helps the running, so it is worth working on you’re right.
You can do this, keep trying and you will do it.
Try the NHS strength and flexibility exercises on the rest days inbetween your runs. They will help you with drooping arses. 😂
Well done for trying again! You know deep down you can do it!
Your arse probably feels like that as your not used to running yet and your body will take a little time. But keep on persevering and you will crack it.
I find the runs so difficult sometimes but once you’ve done it you feel tired but good -if you know what I mean!
I hope it going well and keep us updated please. 👍
I think you've got the right idea repeating the run until you've cracked it. try the nhs exercises that shub linked to, but also: when you run, think about relaxing your shoulders, keep them back and down. It's the old trick of imagining a piece of string coming out of the top of your head, pulling you up straighter, then relax down. Try not to lean forward when you run.
BUT - don't worry about all that too much, just have a quick check each time you start running then forget about it, relax and try to enjoy it. Oh and really well done for giving it another go!
