I felt the same but I did it felt very good after x take your time
Week 4 seemed a big step up for me but once I completed the first run II] knew I Could do the next 2.
I completed wk5 run 1 today.
Keep going it works

It’s a step up for sure. I injured a knee in week 2 and one in week 3, and I still haven’t repeated a run... I’m now in week 5. It’s very possible... relax, trust the plan and go easy.
