Hey Folks,

Not sure if I should carry on posting here or in a different but. Feel like I've made a bunch of running friends even though we have never met.

Today I ran as it got dark, I think prefer running during the day. I didn't go as far today, dunno if the wind has factor in this.

Pretty solid run, did the full 30mins.

Got a stitch on the last 60sec sprint, but that went when I slowed down

Anyway hope you guys are cool

Dooze

That is the first of what they call "post graduate consolidation runs" Doozer" just to make sure you can get used to running non stop for 30 minutes, they recommend 5 or 6 runs. 🏃 😊 I hope you are enjoying your runs, no harm on still posting here, you are welcomed. 😊

Congratulations on graduating, good job done👍🏼

We advise consolidating your 30 min runs for a while, then consider next steps.

Post where ever you would like, all are welcome 😀

I missed your graduation post, so belated congratulations Doozer - not that it was ever in doubt! You seem to have this running malarkey nailed!

We need graduates to stay around to help new runners so never feel you have to leave here, but as other have said the bridge to 10km is a wealth of information too. Well done on your graduation.

They’ve not thrown me out yet! Keep posting and say hi in the other place too!

Good run... dealing with a stitch on the hoof is great... happy running.
