Yes!!! W5R2 take 2 completed :)

I went out on Sunday to do W5R2 to a different place (I know it well, but it's not my usual route). Mentally I wasn't in good form, but I wanted to go ahead. I took off and after 2 mins running I had to stop because I made a new friend.. king Charles pup who wanted to come and play and not go back to it's owners. Started again, ran for another 4 and my earphones broke.. I was devastated. Put Sarah on loudspeaker but it wasnt the same without my music. I felt embarrassed with the people about and my loud breathing.. so it just didnt really happen for the 2nd 8 mins.

Today.. Back to the old route, not many people about and only sheep, who definitely don't want to be my friend lol, and new earphones. I was a bit slower, but I didn't care.. I did it :)

Not as apprehensive now for Thurs 😯😁

I redone W7R3 today as I wasn't mentally in it last attempt and it went great. It's fab we recognise our bad spells and retry them instead of complete failure. We've got this sweet pea! Week 6 is just over the horizon! Good luck xx

Thanks Granniemand and well done to you too! It's great we can recognise if we have a blip, and instead of lying down, we haul ourselves up and smash it :)

Good luck x

Aw thanks Oaktree2, was thinking of you as I started my 2nd 8 min run lol!

And I hope the starting of Secondary school went well for you both, both my girls are there and it's scary how time flies from they were in Primary x
