w9r3 done, and and almost 5k, but I realised I'd calculated the distance from door to door, so that includes the 5 minute walk at each end, so still a bit to go, but 30 minutes thrice and I don't even feel as boiling hot at the end as a few weeks ago. Now to go faster bit by bit.
