I am working very slowly through the plan, it took me 2 weeks to complete week 2 due to shifts at work and generally being lazy so I was very nervous going into week 3 of the programme but holy heck I've done it! I ran for 3 mins and I feel amazing! Like superwoman and I had already done a 4.5 mile walk with my mum and the dog. Now for a quick swim and long spa before dinner.

Way to go! Don’t worry about how fast you get through this, it’s not a race. Sounds like a really great fitness packed day. Enjoy a well deserved relaxing evening.
