Wk8/R1 completed !!!!!

Can't believe I'm seeing Wk8 next to my name. Ha ha I finally heard the Julie song. Probably best weather conditions so far NO SUN but it can come out now I've finished. I managed my pace so much better but really had to slow right down half way through to ensure I could go the full 28. I even speeded up for last 30 secs and as my husband puts it "gave it some welly"

You'll soon get there Carolecal. The Julie song is pretty unremarkable really but I've been reading about it since wk 1 so hearing it sort of feels like a right of initiation. You're not too far behind so we will soon be graduating. Good luck and happy running
