First time poster and just completed week one after downloading it weeks ago. Have to say I’m enjoying it more than I thought I would. Just wondering what week two will be like!

Hi you have done the hard part of starting c25k , I was Completely new to running and never thought I would get past my first run but if you follow it has your coach tells you then you can do it . I am at week 6 run 1 however I haven’t ran for 3 weeks due to knee pain starting again tomorrow. Good luck and look at one run at a time

Welcome to the group - a lot of the advice on the forum talks about running slowly initially to avoid injury. There are also some great links - strengthening long unused muscles and tops on running technique etc
