Today’s run seemed to need more of a push than run 1 of w3 so for last 3 minute section I had to apply the words of the coach “it’s important even if you are exhausted to keep going right to the end” so pushed on and finished it well so really chuffed at having to push myself that bit harder - but I can feel now that when I get to the walking sections after the runs I am recovering more quickly and getting my breath back more easily so very pleased I can see that stamina is building. Bring on run 3.

It’s hotter today than two days ago, and humidity is up. On my run today I could have used a pair of scissors to cut the air. So, no surprise this was tougher than the last one. Mental strength needed and you had it, that’s a great sign.

Brill FGB! It would have been so simple to have given in and cut the run short if you were finding it hard - but you pushed on through! 👏👏
That attitude will carry you through the rest of the programme! If you do feel like you’re struggling ever (and you’re sure to) remember to slow down as slow as necessary. Embrace this little chap .. 🐌 .. and you’ll smash the runs! 😀💪🏻👍🏻
