Completed my first week9 run.
Also did a 5k!! Took 43 mins but I'm still super happy! πππ
You know what's the best part? That I'm hungry again! I mean after every run these couple of weeks, I return home famished. I had started to live such a sedentary life that going from one meal to another I never use to be hungry. It was just going with the motion, eating three meals a day..just because that's what you do. But that has changed and I definitely feel fitter. π
Also I've lost 4 kg in the last 8 weeks which is a great too ππ
