This morning I graduated with also my first park run. So Week 9 Run 3 was a very slow 45.03 but I did it! π 9 weeks ago I never thought this would have been possible!

Congratulations! Parkrun is a great place to do it. Well done not getting sucked along by some of the faster guys... your pace is the best pace. 9 weeks ago it was impossible... you did the work to make it possible... then you took it out. Great job.

Well done for smashing it!! π
Park run and graduation all in one?!?!
Crikey, you must have super powers!
How was it all?
More park runs in the pipeline?

Thank you. I certainly donβt have super powers though! Haha! I absolutely loved it! In fact I am going to make it a weekly occurrence π

Brilliant!! Iβve just graduated today and plan to maybe do a park run or 2 if I can fit them around work.
My shins are a bit achey and due to that I found it rather difficult to do the 30 mins. But I did it and also 60s sprint at the end π
