I’ve just completed week 9 run 3, feeling very happy 😊 I have loved C25K but found it tricky at times as I have type 1 diabetes and I have had crashing blood sugars occasionally. I’ve always done exercise but never been a runner. Any experienced T1D runners out there with tips on how to manage from here?

Have you checked the info out here... it may be helpful. Talking to your Diabetes nurse or GP too, could prove useful?

Congratulations on completing C25K!
No I'm not but well done anyway 👍 (had to edit it when I saw my typo 😂)
well done on your graduation. Celebration and consolidation will be your buzz words for a few weeks. Congratulations again it’s a great achievement when I graduated the first time I stayed with Laura and continued to run week 9 run 3 as I liked the support. I then ventured further as I pretty much had the same route and therefore new where my start point was I would start the app at that point and run the warm up walk on the app getting 5 mins extra of Laura then would run the warm down 5 mins which would give me 40 mins of running with Laura. I did this until I was happy to just go with Strava and my music. I am sure others will give you advice on your next steps. Happy running runner.
