They do know best! You can do it! All of ya past w5 did it and so can you! You are stronger than you think, just keep it slow and steady and have good long playlist. Today I ran 25 mins and I didn’t realise as I was smiling at the songs or thinking about how happy I am that schools start next week hahaha ! You have got this !
It's week six that gets you when you have to walk again! Keep it slow and steady, remember to breathe and you'll be fine. You can do it!
I thought the same and then suddenly I was running for 30 mins. it’s an amazing plan and you can do it! You got this 🏃🏻♀️

Wk5 is nowhere near as scary as you think - once you've done runs 1 and 2 you'll be more than ready for the 20 minute one. Everyone has a little worry about it - but it's the best feeling ever when you nail it - and really lifts you ready for the rest of the plan.
