Yes, exactly that... higher injury risk... and you won’t be as strong at graduation. You could probably do all 30s and be fine, but it’s a slight gamble. Even if I took that gamble, I’d do six runs.

Hmmm suppose the programme knows best lol.... I’ll stick to it the way I should and complete all my runs as planned, last thing I want to do is injure myself again, thanks for the reply

I’d definitely say don’t skip any runs. It’s all about building strength and stamina. You may feel ready to run further, but your legs might not be ready and could you end up injured. Not what you want!

😀

I would stick with the programme. Week 8 is 28 mins and will set you up nicely for the last week.

Sounds like you are doing great 👏👏

I think I’m doing ok.... I’m just too impatient, I wanna be out running every day 😆😆but know that’s probably the wrong thing to do 🤔

I found weeks 7,8 and 9 very useful mentally as well as stamina building. They prepare you for the consolidation and self discipline required to keep at it after graduation.

That’s great to know, I do need to mentally prepare myself to continue so thank you for your wise words
