Went out this morning to re-attempt after my abandoned run on Sat & happy to report I smashed it 💪🏻 In fact rather than a repeat of Wk7 Run 3, I kept going for the 28min & turned it into Wk 8 Run 1 🥳 Thanks to everyone who replied to my previous post, your advice & support was invaluable. Feeling amazing now & ready to smash week 8!! Graduation Im coming for you 🏅

Excellent!! Well done! You can now enjoy week 8 … take it slowly though and as exciting and tempting as it is to run further than needed.. exercise patience.. you don’t want any setbacks at this stage! You are doing an amazing job! 👏😊
