Maybe a silly question! On Monday I will be starting wk 7. Today I did run 3 of wk 6 and covered 2.07 miles which according to google is 3.33k I m worrying that I m not going to reach 5k in 30 mins when I get to wk9 run 3, if i want to try and reach this should i repeat previous wks or not worry and just go for it. Hope this makes sense. (I did see the pie graph of people showing percentages of people that achieve how many km in 30mins.

Wk 9 overthinking
You don't have to run 5K in 30 minutes at the end of C25K, the aim of the course is to run three times non stop for 30 minutes on week 9 although you can take longer if you wish by repeating as many runs or week's if you wish to.
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER. π ππΎ
Wotcha! Firstly, you are doing great and secondly, you are doing great π
Do not worry at all. Just keep going, keep getting out there and keep running...yes you the runner! It's all about slow and steady. In time and if you feel the inclination then you can look at speed but really it's about getting out there learning to be proud of yourself (look how far you've come already) and enjoy the story of every run. Relax, enjoy and just keep getting out the door. You'll hit 5k at some point and however long it takes it takes.
Well done π
The aim of the programme is to get you running for 30 minutes nonstop. But would you have been interested in a programme that was C2-30 minutes, not so catchy. If you look on YouTube you will see that story of C25K. The guy that invented the programme, did for his mother to get some fit and exercising.
