Well, Iβve only gone and done it π. Canβt believe the progress that I have made and the impact that this programme has had.
I decided to tackle my nemesis , the hill, within my graduation run. And there were a few of them - but still managed 5.18km in the 30 mins.
A few thanks - thanks to Sarah Millican for being my motivator. Thanks to the Ministry of Sound for providing my soundtracks. And thanks to all the support and motivation from everyone on this forum - it so refreshing to find an online community that is so positive and inspirational.
A few tips for those on their journey- follow the programme, give it a go - youβll surprise yourself, choose your routes carefully ( donβt run past pubs and takeaways π), use this forum - itβs brilliant and donβt rehydrate with a glass of wine ( this is my only time - honest)
Itβs now consolidation runs and then onto bridge to 10k for me. Happy running everyone. Iβm going to keep checking on here to see how everyone is doing ππͺπ€π€

Congratulations, I'm really pleased for you, and conquering those hills too... GO YOU! Hope you enjoyed the vino, you deserve it and good luck with the rest of your journey, you'll be running a marathon before you know it! π
Congratulations!! I'm still out of action but think it's better to be completely healed before running again. You have done so well and now onto 10k! enjoy the feeling!
Well done, Shakey! Hope you enjoyed the tipple, but don't forget to consolidate before getting on that bridge, you don't want to run into injury country and destroy your progress!
