Definitely better late than never I downloaded the C25K+ podcasts and used one for this morning’s run just to see what they were like. For those recent graduates I’d recommend them if you’re wanting some structure still- I’ll dip in and out I think- certainly different music to my usual choice and good for the beat.
Here’s the strange thing though- after the introduction which explains that you’ll up the pace slightly a couple of times, I was expecting to get a new PB but in fact MapMyRun lady confirmed that my pace was ever so slightly slower than usual. All of which makes me realise that perhaps I’m not quite as slow as I thought I was.
I know it’s not about speed- for me at the moment it’s about getting to the point where I can run for 5k but it’s encouraged me to know that my 🐌pace is an acceptable pace😊. Happy running fellow runners 🏃♀️🏃♂️🏃♀️
