Amazing you obviously have great resilience so I'm sure you'll enjoy similar success running. I'm also starting week 1 day 1 tomorrow, I've lost 1 stone in the past month (few more to shift) and feel my fitness levels have improved enough already to give this a go. Good luck
Wow 8 stone lost is amazing, well done! I'm another 'slimmer' on here. I am just over 3.5 stone down and wanted the running to help with maintaining the weight loss once I'm at target. I want to be able to have the occasional treat and know I'll burn it off doing my usual exercise.
I'm just starting week 8 and love how the plan works.

You can definitely do this. Take your time, there's no need for speed. Always take your rest days. Stick to the program and trust in it, it's worked/working for all of us so it will work for you.

FINISHED THE FIRST RUN!! If i'm honest it was harder than I expected if that's even possible haa. Glad I did it though I just hope i'm motivated to go out again on Wednesday!! Thank you all for your wonderful comments guysxx
